About Me

Masonelle was founded by Salar Brock following nearly two decades developing and leading award winning hospitality businesses across the South West and London. My career includes senior leadership roles with Michael Caines, The Rick Stein Group, and The Big Easy, overseeing multi site operations exceeding £40 million in turnover and building high performance teams recognised for culture, service, and commercial delivery.

Throughout this time, one truth became clear: long term success is always people led. Numbers improve when trust improves. Teams accelerate when they feel connected to purpose. Culture drives performance more reliably than pressure.
